Salty

Salty came onboard as the second mascot for the Hampton Roads Admirals and has transitioned to become the teams sole mascot. During Admirals games he plays a huge entertainment role, meeting and greeting fans, getting the crowd excited and leading the team onto the ice. Year round he is a pillar in the community attending events, visiting children in the hospital, presenting community awards, and more! Salty has been nominated several times for ECHL mascot of the year and even made it to the top 5. He is loved amoung Admirals fans and the Hampton Roads Community.

Salty Dog was introduced as a new Mascot for the Norfolk Admirals when they made the initial jump from the ECHL to the AHL. Through changes in league, ownerships, and branding, Salty has been the one mainstay of the Norfolk Admirals in the Last 20 years.
