While Strike was vacationing at Beaver Lake in Arkansas during the 2011 off-season, he was out fishing when he felt a big tug on his line and looked out to see a Lake Creature. After discovering that the creature was named Sinker, Strike found that they shared a common love for baseball and invited Sinker to join him in cheering on his favorite team, the Northwest Arkansas Naturals at Arvest Ballpark.
